Whether it’s supporting medical students learning with wikis, blogs, podcasts, and mobile exams, using smart phones to teach students a second language, or building the first online simulation of a dog skeleton for veterinary students, Ontario’s colleges and universities are at the forefront of uncovering how emerging technologies and online applications can support learning and how they can be used to build a more efficient and effective sector.
